USDA AMS launches regional cash cattle report, effective October 26

USDA Agricultural Marketing Service added a new regional cash cattle report combining data from Colorado, Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Kansas under the Livestock Mandatory Reporting system. The report began with afternoon reports on October 26, 2026, and uses data packers already submit, so no new reporting is required.
